We also conduct awareness campaigns, tackling a wide variety of issues such as dog meat, animal testing, factory farming, cruelty to animals, whaling, animals in captivity, and fur.
Just like humans, animals require sleep to stay healthy and to maintain a good quality of life. Studies have shown that sleep deprivation in animals can lead to unintended weight loss, impaired immune systems, infections, inability to regulate body temperature, and even death.
Dogs and humans don’t sleep the same way, so it can sometimes be tough to understand how well your dog is sleeping. In general, dogs sleep adaptively, and can get the rest they need on a flexible schedule.
