When Amelia was first rescued, she was suffering from fungal dermatitis, severe skin disorder and a low immune system.

However, she made a fast recovery and is now free from the mentioned issues, although she is still getting treatment for her skin. Amelia is in a great state overall, but needs to maintain her skin treatment for the time being.

Amelia is called “the dog with the prettiest eyes” by the CARE staff—her clear, alert eyes seem to shine.

Amelia is slightly introverted, but adjusts to change easily. It took her just one day for her to get used to life in the shelter, and she got used to going for walks after her first walk.

Please Note

Depending on the breed, the size, and its environment the lifespan of a dog may vary from 12 to 16 years. Amelia is still growing, so we ask you to consider all these aspects if you wish to adopt him.
