Dung E was thrown out of a third floor window, was stabbed with a spear, and had her mouth tied shut with wire. Her body was tied up so tightly she couldn’t even sit or lie down. She was tortured like this for several months.
We received a report about this abuse, but there was no evidence and we could not do anything due to the current animal protection law.
After a few days, we found out that the owner needed to move out so we had to move quickly. The investigator finally persuaded the owner to give up the dog. She is now in our Damshimni center, and is playing happily with other dogs.
Although she was treated so badly by a person, she still loves people very much.
